Who Dialzara is for

Very small businesses with modest call volume that want coverage at the lowest monthly cost. If a call missed on a Saturday is annoying rather than expensive, and the phone rings a few times a day rather than a few times an hour, the $29 plan is enough. A business that talks for more than an hour a month should compare the $99 Pro plan's 220 minutes against Torklio's 300 minutes for the same price.

What we verified

We checked dialzara.com/pricing on September 7, 2026. Four inbound voice plans are published: Business Lite at $29 for 60 receptionist minutes ($0.48 per minute over), Business Pro at $99 for 220 minutes ($0.45), Business Plus at $199 for 500 minutes ($0.40) and Business Elite at $349 for 1,000 minutes ($0.35), the last with dedicated onboarding and priority SLAs. Appointment scheduling, call routing and CRM/calendar integration are listed on every plan. There are no setup fees, every plan has a 7-day free trial, and no annual discount is listed. An AI SMS agent ($19 a month plus $0.05 per message) and a website chatbot ($39 standalone) are bundled with voice plans, the chatbot free for the first 100 sessions a month. Outbound voice is a separate product at $750 to $1,500 a month.

How we evaluated it

This assessment draws on Dialzara's pricing page, checked September 7, 2026, and the positioning recorded in our provider database. Because Dialzara's claim to a ranking slot is affordability, the pricing check mattered more here than for any other entry, and the numbers support the label. Dialzara has not completed the 10-call challenge, so call quality remains unmeasured; a budget product that answers badly is not a bargain, and the lab result is the missing piece.

What the product is designed to do

Dialzara describes itself as a budget-friendly AI receptionist for small businesses with an emphasis on quick configuration. Around-the-clock answering is the core. The pricing page lists appointment scheduling, call routing and CRM/calendar integration on every tier, which is more than Rosie's $49 plan offers, though the depth of that scheduling (whether it checks a calendar for conflicts) is not described. There is no human backup. The bundled SMS agent and chatbot round it out into a small multichannel package at a price no other provider in our ranking matches.

Setup and day-to-day operation

As a budget packaged receptionist, Dialzara asks an owner to describe the business, connect a number, pick a plan and choose where call summaries are delivered. Running it week to week means reviewing what callers wanted, adjusting the business description when answers miss, and watching the minute counter. On the $29 plan, a business that averages four-minute calls gets about fifteen calls before overage starts, and the sixteenth costs roughly $1.92. That arithmetic is the whole decision: at low volume nothing is cheaper, and at moderate volume the $99 Pro plan or a competitor with more included minutes is the better buy.

Where it fits in our ranking

Dialzara is fifth and holds the budget slot on verified pricing. It ranks below Rosie because Rosie's $149 Scale plan bundles 1,000 minutes with warm transfers and direct booking, a cleaner package for a growing business, and above Frontdesk because its entry price is a third of Frontdesk's and its overage is published on every tier. Against Torklio, the comparison is $29 for 60 minutes versus $99 for 300: Torklio costs less per included minute and adds qualification, grading and web chat, while Dialzara wins outright for a business that will never use 300 minutes. Which businesses should shortlist it

Businesses with low call volume that mostly need coverage. Small cleaning businesses, one-bay auto repair shops and seasonal roofing contractors working part of the year are the profile. Anyone whose revenue depends on booking the caller during the call, at volume, should shortlist Torklio or Goodcall instead and compare included minutes.

What would change our view

• Lab results. Budget products sometimes trade accuracy for cost; the 10-call challenge would show whether call handling meets the baseline we expect from any ranked provider.
• Named integrations. 'CRM/calendar integration' should become a list of systems before we credit it against Torklio's verified Google and Outlook booking.
• Evidence of whether scheduling checks the calendar for conflicts or simply records a request.
• Evidence of the company's operating history, which our database flags as limited.
